  Session One: Power of Your Voice (1.5hrs Virtual)

• Why leaders need to master their voice? 
• Barriers to Speaking - Self-Confidence & Fear.
• Video Exercise for the week. (Evaluation provided) 

 Session Two: P.O.W.E.R Technique (In-Room Session)

• Master the P.O.W.E.R Technique and present with impact.
• Show Case
• Present your 4 - 5mins speech using the techniques learnt.
  
  
• Feedback for speech will be provided .
• Photos of you speaking and a recorded video of your speech will be provided.
