It is important to truly understand you before you can operate at your best. Your weaknesses, strengths, the values you live and your boundaries.
Great leaders know what makes them , "them" .
Are you a leader? You are a leader if you have influence over some ones thinking, behavior or development.
There are 2 types of leadership roles: ( everyone is a leader)
Life Role Leadership - spouse, parents, siblings, friend, aunty, citizen
Organizational Leadership - a person who an official title or position/role.

Most of us never truly understand the power of our voice, its impact and its purpose.
Every time we speak we either create a distance between us and our listeners or we bridge the gap and draw near to them.
Power of words can change hearts and change nations.
As an entrepreneur, leader, speaker, business man, professional , friend, leader, colleague, parent and sibling, speaking in absolutely critical to get the result you want.

Are you having to turn up as someone who has to prove to others? Are you someone who has to please others? Do you feel you are not worthy enough? Being authentic means knowing who you are and being OK with it. Being OK with not being OK.
You don't have to hide your flaws but accept them as they are. Stand perfect in your imperfection.
Authentic people
Know themselves well and know what they want in life.
Make decisions based on their won personal values rather than what is trending at time.
Don't seek approval from others - not validating based on others.
Take responsibility for their mistakes.
Not afraid to be vulnerable and share their true feelings.
Take ownership of their flaws. Stand perfect in their imperfection.
As a leader, being transparent is utterly important. Be willing to share how you feel and what you have been through in the correct context to inspire and grow others.
Your transparency is a gift you give to others, their trust is a gift the audience will give you.
Being transparent as a speaker is extremely powerful to connect with your audience.

Leaving a legacy is a mindset change. It gives you meaning in life.
Your language shapes your life experience, your life experience shapes your story, your story shapes your legacy.
You life is finite (limited) , but your legacy is infinite.
